When should you not use a Mini Diaphragm Pump?

1.Requires long-term continuous operation: The life of the diaphragm of a mircro diaphragm pump is generally about several thousand hours. Beyond this time, problems such as wear and tear may occur, resulting in reduced performance or even damage to the water pump. Therefore, it is not suitable to use a diaphragm water pump when continuous operation is required for a long time.


2.Large flow and high head are required: The flow and head of the diaphragm water pump are relatively small, and they are mainly used in situations with low head and small flow. If large flow and high head are required, it is recommended to choose other types of water pumps.


3.Need to transport high-temperature and corrosive liquids: The diaphragm material of the electric diaphragm  pump is generally rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene. These materials are prone to deformation, aging and other problems in high-temperature and corrosive liquid environments, resulting in reduced performance or even damage of the water pump. Therefore, diaphragm water pumps should not be used when high temperature and corrosive liquids need to be transported.
