Can a Mini DC Water Pump get air locked?
Mini DC Liquid Pump usually do not have an air lock function.
The air-locking function of the diaphragm pump means that when the inlet flow rate is less than the outlet flow rate, the pump will not suck in gas, but will maintain a balance between the inlet and outlet pressures. For miniature diaphragm hot water pumps, due to their structureand usage, usually not designed with air locking function.

2. Use your fingers or tools to gently press the air inlet plug to loosen it.
3. After loosening, place the Liquid Dispenser Pump in the water and ensure that the air inlet is completely submerged in the water.
4. At this time, press the plug of the air inlet with your finger or tool again to make the water pump start pumping water.
5. Observe the water output of the water pump. If the water output is insufficient, you can try to adjust the depth of the air inlet or replace the air inlet plug with a better one.
6. If the water pump still does not work properly, there may be other problems inside the water pump, such as blockage or wear. At this time, further inspection and repair of the water are required pump.
