There are significant differences in the role, function and type of solenoid pumps and solenoid valves.

An electromagnetic pump is a device that transports media and pressurizes and supercharges. It is driven by a motor or electricity and can pump liquid or gas.

The Solenoid Valve is a valve driven by electromagnetic force. It can open and close the pipeline of gas or liquid, and turn on and off the use of gas or liquid. The solenoid valve and the Solenoid Pump are completely different in function. The main function of the solenoid valve is to control the on-off of the medium in the pipeline, while the solenoid pump is used as a device for transporting the medium and pressurizing and supercharging.

When the flow rate needs to be changed, the opening degree of the solenoid valve can be controlled by adjusting the duty cycle of the PWM signal, thereby changing the flow rate of the water pump. The larger the duty cycle, the greater the flow rate; the smaller the duty cycle, the smaller the flow rate.

When the head needs to be changed, the head of the water pump can be changed by adjusting the pump speed. Generally speaking, the higher the pump speed, the greater the lift; the lower the pump speed, the smaller the lift.

Methods for testing DC solenoid pump include:

1. Use a multimeter to measure the current to determine whether the motor winding is short-circuited.

2. Manually check whether the water pump shaft is hot and determine whether the motor windings are short-circuited or the bearings are damaged.

3. Measure whether the insulation resistance of the motor meets the requirements.

4. Check whether there is any looseness between the terminals in the motor junction box and between the wire ends and the casing; if any abnormalities are found, deal with them in time.

5. Unplug the power plug and turn the rotor several times by hand. It should be flexible and free of jamming.

6. When a sudden trip protection shutdown occurs during operation, you should first determine whether the nature of the fault is caused by overload or mechanical failure.

7. After replacing a new bearing or if excessive noise is found during assembly, disassemble and check whether the meshing clearance of the gear is appropriate, whether the quality and quantity of lubricating grease are correct, and whether there are any foreign objects in the bearing, etc. Then reassemble it and continue to use it.

The most important part of the micro solenoid water pump is the diaphragm.

The working principle of the Mini Diaphragm Pump is the circular motion of the motor. The diaphragm inside the water pump is reciprocated through a mechanical device, thereby compressing and stretching the air in the pump chamber (fixed volume). Under the action of the one-way valve, the air in the water outlet is A positive pressure is formed at the pump (the actual output pressure is related to the resistance to the pump discharge port and the characteristics of the pump); a vacuum is formed at the water suction port, thereby creating a pressure difference with the outside atmospheric pressure. Under the action of the pressure difference, water is forced into the water inlet and then discharged from the drain outlet. Under the action of the kinetic energy transmitted by the motor, water is continuously inhaled and discharged, forming a relatively stable flow rate. When there is no liquid in the pump, there is no resistance to the movement of the slide rod in the pump, resulting in too fast movement and mechanical stress damage to the pump body, so it cannot be pumped dry (when the pump is no-load, the winding current is relatively small); mini diaphragm pump generally It is driven by a low-voltage DC brush motor, and a diode must be connected in anti-parallel to the circuit for freewheeling. When there is no liquid in the pump, the motor is almost unloaded (the pump motor winding current is relatively small). The diaphragm is made of soft plastic and does not have large mechanical stress, so it can be pumped dry. If AC power supply is used, a micro electromagnetic pump is used; if DC low voltage power supply is used, a Micro diaphragm pump is used.

How does the controller of a Vibration Solenoid Pump adjust the current of the solenoid valve?

The controller of the mini solenoid water pump can control the opening and closing of the solenoid valve by adjusting the current of the solenoid valve. Generally speaking, there will be a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) circuit inside the controller to control the size of the current by adjusting the duty cycle of the PWM signal.

On the contrary, when the duty cycle of the PWM signal decreases, the current output by the controller decreases, and the electric energy obtained by the solenoid valve decreases, making it easier to close.

What will happen if the miniature diaphragm electromagnetic water pump is connected reversely?

Reverse connection of the mini solenoid pump may cause the following problems:

1. Motor reverse rotation: Connecting the reverse power supply will cause the motor to rotate reversely, which may affect the normal operation of the water pump.

2. Pump body damage: If the water pump is connected reversely, the movement of the pump body may be hindered, causing mechanical stress damage to the pump body.

3. Liquid backflow: In some cases, if the water pump is connected reversely, the liquid may flow back, which may cause the temperature of the liquid in the pump to rise, or even dry pumping.
