micro electric diaphragm pump introduction

The micro Electric Diaphragm Pump uses a micro DC motor (generally a motor with a voltage of 5V, 12V, and 24V) as the power drive device to drive the internal mechanical eccentric device to perform eccentric motion, and the eccentric motion drives the internal diaphragm to reciprocate. In this way, the air in the pump chamber with a fixed volume is compressed (the suction port is closed during compression, and the exhaust port is opened to form a slight positive pressure), stretched (the exhaust port is closed during compression, and the suction port is opened to form a negative pressure). There is a pressure difference between the gas port and the external atmospheric pressure. Under the action of the pressure difference, the gas is pressed (suctioned) into the pump chamber and then discharged from the exhaust port.
